A Consumer Satisfaction Monitor is an adult who either receives services or has received services in the public mental health and/or drug and alcohol system or a family member of someone who has received services.
A Family Satisfaction Monitor is a parent or guardian of a child who is or has received services from the public mental health system.
Monitors work as part of a team that gathers information about the services and supports individuals receive in the mental health and/or drug and alcohol service system.
Individuals who become Monitors are paid for their time.
