Retardation Services

Independent Monitoring for Quality Teams

We facilitate teams of consumers of mental retardation services, family members, and community volunteers who are dedicated to the continuous improvement of the quality of services and supports for persons who have mental retardation. The teams conduct surveys of consumers of mental retardation services, facilitate self-advocacy groups, speak with consumers of mental retardation services and family members to determine their levels of satisfaction with services, and educate the community.
